The Workspace pane offers 4 different views of a construct
The icon view allows the arrangement of sequence elements to be manipulated by drag and drop. In this view multiple constructs within a project may be viewed simultaneously.
The sequence view allows the sequence to be viewed / searched, and oligonucleotides to be designed.
The details view allows the selection of backtranslation parameters and manipulation of construct properties.
The reagents view shows reagents that may be useful in combination with the designed construct.
