Library Explorer

The Library Explorer contains libraries of sequence elements, vector sequences and codon tables, which can be used with any project.

• The Design Toolbox is pre-loaded with a set of characterized sequence elements.
  • Sequences can be added to the toolbox, and reorganized within it.
• The Vectors Library is pre-loaded with a set of vectors
• The Codon Table Library stores codon bias tables for use in backtranslation or sequence viewing.
